We do not include however, Airport carparking charges and the London congestion charge. Do you charge any extra for unsocial hours or weekends? - No our rates are the same 24 hours per day, the only time we surcharge these rates are on Christmas day and New years eve. How do I pay? - For journeys commencing in the Cambridge area, payment can be made by cash or credit card directly to your driver. For other journeys we ask that you pay by credit card in advance. 30 day credit accounts are available. Please ask for details. How will I find my driver? - Our drivers will meet you in the arrivals hall, we display a board with your name or company logo to help you identify us quickly. What if my flight is delayed or cancelled? - We monitor your flight via one of the links below, so we know in advance if your flight is late (or early!). In the event your flight is cancelled please contact us to advise your new flight number and arrival time, without this information we are unable to know when to send your vehicle. Are you licensed? - Yes, all our cars and drivers operate under South Cambridgeshire Council. This is a requirement by law.
